1- Extract archive with WinRAR or 7Zip.
2 -Disable your network
3- Install DLL Fixer
4. Close it if it's running (Kill the activtae process in task manager)
5. Open keygen to get your serial or use included serial (not recommend)
6. Right click on Activation.reg file & select 'Edit'
7. Now change 'Put Your Serial Here' to your serial

8. Press 'Save'
9. Double click on reg file
10.1 Use firewall to block the program from accessing to the web! (IMPORTANT!)

11. You can run DLL Fixer & use it online. On Windows 7, serial didn't blocked but on Windows 8.1 it just fly immediately. 
Don't worry, you can use another serial to activate, just follow step 5,6,7 with NET OFF
